Allen Rolocut and Jeff Wright absolutely ROCK! I had to have my clutch and flywheel replaced in my JCW. Another in a long list of expensive repairs to my Mini. While I certainly could have saved so I had to have my clutch and flywheel replaced in my JCW. Another in a long list of expensive repairs to my Mini. While I certainly could have saved some money by taking it to a certified independent Mini Specialist, the customer service provided by Allen keeps me coming back to the Mini dealer. While expensive, Allen worked very hard to maximize every dollar spent, and went out of his way to ensure I would get the most value for my money, as he alwas does. Jeff also went way above and beyond to help me save money and time by doing some "extras" within the framework of the repair to help me out. Jeff did not have to do this, and it was really appreciated. Once again, BRAVO to my "team" at Mini of Baltimore! More
