Wayne and the service techs at Mini of Towson, had my 2011 Mini clubman with 82,400 mi. running like new. This was a warrenty service and the techs located any issues and repaired all quicky. Wayne kept me updated on all the work needed and any that was incidental. My Mini was repaired right and I can't believe how great it runs now. It's like a different car . I am totally impressed with the customer and repair services. I had taken my Mini to other techs in the past and allot of what I needed was just overlooked or they just didn't want to fix it. Thank my lucky stars that I took my Mini to Mini of Towson this time . It needed allot of love and Mini of Towson delivered From this day forward, I will only have my Mini serviced here. It might cost a bit more, but the quality, care and service you get in return is worth every last penny Thanks Wayne and the service team My Mini now seems like a totally different car.
