A Pleasant Surprise We bought our 2013 MINI used from a Landrover/Jaguar dealership, so were unaware of the whole MINI service deal. When hubby realized we had a coolant We bought our 2013 MINI used from a Landrover/Jaguar dealership, so were unaware of the whole MINI service deal. When hubby realized we had a coolant leak I did some calling and found out that there was a week left on a prepaid maintenance plan from the original owners. I spoke to the original dealership and arranged towing through Roadside Assistance. I thought the car was going to Rockville for service; little did I know that MINI has a whole system and the car was taken to Towson (which is much closer) and the prepaid plan was good there too. Allen Rolocut called when the car arrived and I was a bit perplexed about why it was at Towson, but as soon as he explained everything it made total sense. So the repair was pricey, but getting in under the wire on the prepaid maintenance made the regular service feel like a win. Great experience overall. Thanks More

Friendly, helpful and go the extra mile! I came in because the yellow engine light was on and the car was operating at half capacity. Even though I did not have an appointment Allen was able I came in because the yellow engine light was on and the car was operating at half capacity. Even though I did not have an appointment Allen was able to help me immediately, got me a loaner car and kept me posted as to what was wrong and how long it would take to complete the job. I really appreciated the great service and communication! More

Unfortunately I hit a nasty pothole and needed to replace a tire after only 5K miles. No worries, Allan R. In service was on it. Any dealership can sell me a car...but “service is king” for the rest of my ride. Right? The Towson MINI is a well run business keeping in touch with me through the process. I’m impressed. More

Excellent service... I had to get my A/C checked out. Unfortunately it took overnight to complete. It was wonderful to receive a loaner MINI to ease my stress.
