Y I purchased my second Mini Cooper from the Baltimore dealership in 2016 from Jeff Testerman, I have been servicing my 1st mini with Yoni since 2014. Yoni always goes beyond expectation and is so very helpful. Yoni has always gone the extra mile to make sure I am aware of any and all details on service, have all of the resources I need to make my visits as productive and painless as possible, and even makes sure I can use an office to continue to work remotely while I wait on the service. Yoni is exceptional and the entire Mini of Baltimore staff are the best people I have worked with in years. If I could afford a 3rd mini I would only buy from Mini of Baltimore. More
