After purchasing my Mini, I needed to bring it into Allen to remove a few small dings. I was provided with a loaner car, which was extremely convenient as I was able to go about my day. While they had my car to remove a few small dings. I was provided with a loaner car, which was extremely convenient as I was able to go about my day. While they had my car, Allen noticed a small tear in my canvas top. After the replacement part arrived, Allen and his team were able to replace the entire canvas top within a couple of days. I’m very glad that that was noticed and fixed before winter comes along. Allen was great with communicating the status of my car. If I missed his call, he would send through a text. No need to play phone tag. Great service all around! More
