Battery fix I had been having battery issues, which involved at times the car being totally inoperable, but eventually, the car would startup. After exhaustive t I had been having battery issues, which involved at times the car being totally inoperable, but eventually, the car would startup. After exhaustive testing, the 2.5-day examination only revealed a slightly loose cable. Allen Rolocut had provided expert service to save me roughly 500-700 dollars. More

Saved again! We've received such great service from Mini of Towson and particularly from Allen Rolocut. About a year ago we bought an older Mini through CarMax, w We've received such great service from Mini of Towson and particularly from Allen Rolocut. About a year ago we bought an older Mini through CarMax, which I wouldn't do again. Better to have bought one coming off lease from a Mini dealer, where we would have been assured that the car received better care in its early days. Consequently we've got a car with odd problems, and what seemed like an annoying timing problem turned out to be an oil leak from an unexpected source. Yikes! We've received good diagnostics and repairs at this dealership, the convenience of a loaner car, and the reassurance that Allen Rolocut is looking out for us. He recommends bringing tha car back for a recheck in several hundred miles and we certainly will do so. Thanks so much! More
