Excellent service and attitude. I bought my car out-of-state but brought for maintenance here as they're my local dealer. Because I was in a unique situation where I did not buy the car new but purchased a dealer-owned one where the free maintenance was transferred to me, I thought I might be looking at a lot of paperwork or end up having to pay for maintenance. Instead Allen Rolocut greeted me as a long-time customer and made getting service at MINI of Baltimore County painless and a very pleasant experience. He was particularity good at explaining what to check and when, how to best use the included maintenance, what was not necessary and if something needed to be addressed why.
