A Friend in Need--Excellent and Compassionate Service As I was driving my husband to the hospital for major surgery, in a city not my own, my oil pressure light went on. While he was in the OR, I called M As I was driving my husband to the hospital for major surgery, in a city not my own, my oil pressure light went on. While he was in the OR, I called MINI of Baltimore and spoke with Yoni Baron. He offered to have someone pick the car up at the hospital and bring it to his shop. Upon further discussion, we decided to have it towed. He called me when it arrived and sent me frequent updates by text. By the time my husband was in recovery, the car was ready to be picked up -- or brought to me-- my choice.. Yoni provided timely, excellent and compassion care at a time when I really needed it. I almost wish I lived in Baltimore so I could take my Mini to him whenever it needs attention. More
