Sunroof issue Even during a pandemic, Allen of Mini managed to provide exceptional customer service around fixing my sun roof which was faulty and would not close. I initially called at 7:15 am on Monday and was told I could bring my car in right away. I was initially told it would take most of the day and received a loaner car. My extended maintenence plan had expired 9 days ago and he immediately made a phone call to get my service covered.
