Except for a delay in getting the insurance estimate approved the service was excellent. Repairs were completed timely and right. I recently had routine service done on my 2018 MINI 4door, and it was an easy, no hassle visit. The dealership is clean(as always), and everyone was wearing appropriate safety gear.
