I’ve had service from Mini for over a decade now. I had a 2006 Mini I traded in for a 2019 in August 2018. Since I can remember, both Yoni and Allan have been a part of an amazingly kind and attentive team. 2006 Mini I traded in for a 2019 in August 2018. Since I can remember, both Yoni and Allan have been a part of an amazingly kind and attentive team. This go round, I worked with Yoni after I blew out a tire on a pothole. Having my tire replaced was the EASIEST thing I’ve done in months lol. It’s was so quick and streamlined. All it took was a phone conversation and a few texts. My car was picked up then serviced. I was then sent a video update and all recommendations and shortly after a text with the option to pay. After that was all complete, Mini sent a Lyft to pick me up and all I had to do is sign for my car. Issy (my car) was waiting washed, with the heat and seat warmer on (it was a very cold day), and the window cracked to air out after a full disinfectant due to COVID-19. I couldn’t be happier with the service. More
Let me add to the accolades for Yoni Baron and the service department at Mini of Baltimore. Yoni has taken care of me and my Mini Countryman for years. My countryman has been tremendously reliable, bu service department at Mini of Baltimore. Yoni has taken care of me and my Mini Countryman for years. My countryman has been tremendously reliable, but whenever I've needed to bring it in for routine maintenance, Yoni is always giving the car an extra check to make sure it is in top condition! His responsiveness and customer service are excellent and he always makes sure my visit is pleasant. Because of his dedicated and knowledgable service, my experience at Mini of Baltimore and with owning Minis has been great! More

This was my first experience with a new MINI dealership after moving. Yoni was responsive, reassuring and communicated with me throughout the service and repair.
