I always have a good experience when I go to have my car serviced. The one thing I love is that I truly feel like family. We live in Delaware but purchased our 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman from MINI of Baltimore County since we knew them to be an excellent dealer. Now, two years and 30,000 driven miles later, I still opt to Countryman from MINI of Baltimore County since we knew them to be an excellent dealer. Now, two years and 30,000 driven miles later, I still opt to drive 140 miles each way to have the car serviced at MINI of Baltimore County. On 1/11/21 I had another pleasurable opportunity of working with Yoni Baron, Service Adviser, at MINI of Baltimore County. This time around, I had a semi-annual, ophthalmological check up in Lutherville, MD and wanted to have my car serviced at the same time, since I now live three hours away in Cape May, NJ.
