Allen handled my car repairs even though we were out of town. We were able to have our loaner transported by a friend when the car was complete. He handled all of the information by cell phone and kept us town. We were able to have our loaner transported by a friend when the car was complete. It was nice to see the car safe and sound in our garage by cell phone. Cell phones are good but mini service department is great! More

Most importantly Allen Rollocut’s warm and friendly face is still ever present. I recently took my car in to the shop for a leak. Then I was told the leak had caused extensive damage to cars Mother chip, and the alternator was affected. Also, on this very visit the wonderful and skillful technicians found out that my timing belt was stretched. Problems problems! What is most impressive is that I didn’t have to lift a finger or even make one phone call. Allen Rollocut called both my insurance company and my car warranty company to settle my claim. I am truly grateful that Allen helped me out. It turned out that repairing everything was really expensive. I would recommend Mini of Baltimore to anyone. The service is topnotch, but so are the entire staff that work there. They go above and beyond and truly care for their customers. Thank you Allen for your do for me More
