Took my 2015 Mini in for what we had thought was going to be standard maintenance. Allen worked up the figures and off the car went to the mechanic. Upon the mechanics inspection of my car it needed more substantial work. Allen worked with the warranty company and keep me abreast of how things were going. Then when a last minute part was needed to be shipped in, again I was keep aware of the status of my car and completion date. Great working with someone that keeps you in the loop even when things are not going according to original plan. Highly recommend Allen! More

Copy I am so impressed with this dealership. (Short back story) I travel for work and on my last trip my 2007 mini Cooper S had a major issue. The car was towed 100 miles to this dealership. The service adviser (Allen) from start to finish was very informative and honest. With video evidence I was told the engine was done. We just purchased a new vehicle for my wife and this puts us in a hard position financially. The financial side (Michael) of this dealership is amazing as well. They appraised the “paperweight” and gave a a fair and honest offer which we accepted. On top of all this my wife repeatedly commented to me how polite and respectful everyone treated us AND our 5 yr old son, that got dragged on a trip, was made to feel welcome as well. (Even being gifted a mini car toy) I wish we could purchase from these guys but financially it doesn’t work. In my opinion though, you can’t go wrong. I dealt with service and finance all in a week and remain impressed. I wish all dealerships were this way. More
