My wife scheduled an appt for the 3rd of the 3yr/36k services included with our new car purchase. This would be an oil change and brake fluid replacement. I went to the dealership on Saturday morning 1 services included with our new car purchase. This would be an oil change and brake fluid replacement. I went to the dealership on Saturday morning 11/22/25 and was denied free service because they said the free service expired on 11/19/25. At no time during scheduling or when I received 3 different text and 3 different email reminders of the service did anyone say the car needed to come in by 11/19. I find this utterly ridiculous. More
