I recently brought an used 2019 4 door hardtop. Within 24 hours of having it the check engine light came on. Being very upset i search for a trusted Maintenance department to do a complete once over on it.. hours of having it the check engine light came on. Since i live 150 miles from the nearest mini dealership i had to take a day off and rent a rental car ot get my car to Tempe Mini. The handoff was smooth, and i left feeling assured i made the right decision coming to Tempe instead of San Diego Mini which are about the same distance from Yuma.. Untill i tried to get an update on the status of my car..... I called 3 Times leaving 3 voice messages and My info with the Operator. But NO RETURN CALL !!!!!!! Not even a " We haven't gotten to your car yet..... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS TREATMENT.. AND ITS SATURDAY. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ISN'T OPEN TILL MONDAY...NON IM IN LIMBO TIL THEN..... More

I decided to make it a private party sale instead and got about $10k more than the dealership offered. We went back and purchased the car we wanted.
