Within ~2 hours, Don and the others at Mini of Tempe had us driving away in our new Mini Cooper convertible. Our thanks to all of them for the smoothest sale so far. I did not have an appointment. The guys made me feel important and fixed my car with care and speed. I took in my car for a scheduled oil change, and mentioned I would soon be leaving on a driving trip. I gave this dealership 5's because they were very friendly, knowledabale and efficient. I was able to make an appointment the same day as the issue I had.
