The dealership does a great job fixing issues and communicating any upcoming problems that will need repair. They provide video and photos to back up what they are saying. The only complaint I have is that when I make an appointment for an oil change, I end up waiting 3 hours. What's the point of an appointment then? I guess I need to stop waiting there although it is a nice waiting area with coffee, tea and water with comfy chairs and couches. And I always have nice chats with the service guys and that helps pass the time. More

I take my 2015 Mini Cooper S for regular service at the Stevens Creek location. Staff is always very friendly and the waiting area comfortable.
