Service was delayed due to ordered parts. No notification and difficulty getting through to get status. Once explained I understand, but being kept in the loop is important. Got to dealership at 10:00 for a 10:15 appointment. I live 70 miles from dealer. The car sat on the service drive till 12:30 PM when I told the service advisor I could not wait any longer and had to driv live 70 miles from dealer.
