The service provided was professional. Hector is very courteous and also changed the battery on my key. The service was done in about 2.5 hours as promised, but given I was in for an oil change and basic courteous and also changed the battery on my key. There is no shuttle service or rental car now so waiting there is going to be an issue especially if there is more work that needs to be done. The wait to check in is also long taking about 1/2 an hour, so this pretty much takes up most of the morning. More

I commend both him and the Service Team's manager for their knowledge, professionalism, understanding, and willingness to work things out. I am, however, very disappointed that MSC no longer provides either a loaner/rental car or shuttle service. That essentially means having to sit for hours and hours while your car is being serviced. As pleasant as they try to make the waiting area where they do provide television, water, coffee, it's not a great situation. It's also made worse when surrounded by rude people who loudly chat on their phones for hours! At the least, perhaps post signs that it's a quiet area and people who wish to bark on their phones ought to sit elsewhere. More

I had my racing strips start to deteriorate after about 3 years, took it to the dealership and they were able to get this fix under factory warranty. The Mini of Stevens Creek service department is organized and efficient. My only complaint is that they do not honor the terms of the service package they sold me. The original terms promise a rental car when getting my car serviced. They no longer provide this service, and they haven't officially addressed the issue to their customers. I understand COVID-19 has affected them, but when you purchase one thing and get another, an explanation and compensation are in order. They aren't offering shuttle service (as a minimum), so the entire service experience is inconvenient and evidently costs the customers more money. In closing, I'll say that the service team is friendly and kind. More
