MINI of Stevens Creek

After we signed paperwork we had to return after 4 days because of a bank issue over the weekend. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of and very hard to get return phone calls. They didn’t tell us there was only one key until we went to pick the car up and that will cost $350 for a second key. We told them the hood latch didn’t release and they had 4 days but they didn’t fix it so my husband fixed it himself. Because the front clip was so loose part of the plastic fender fell off on the highway and my husband had to order a new one and fix it himself More

Excellent customer service from Anthony. Had been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a service representative and when he was made aware of this he took care of me immediately.
