Their costumer service is absolutely horrible; prior to purchasing the car, we were promised to receive paperwork/report history of the car so we could get a second opinion from our mechanic. After purchasing the car, they kept delaying/sending the documents. Once we got the paperwork, the report wasn’t updated, missing the last three weeks. Pedro seemed nice at first, however he was very unprofessional sales person, he called and scheduled appointment to pick up the second key. We drove for two hours to their office only to find out that he had forgotten to communicate with the management and order the keys. We were extremely disappointed with their costumer service. More

I left my car for service and they took really long because they are short of staff. I called several times to learn the status of my car but no body return my call. OIL CHANGE AND BASIC MAINTENANCE: Not a review of the personnel. Every person I dealt with was very cordial and clearly overworked. I came in for an 11 o'clock appointment and didn't get my car back unti personnel. Every person I dealt with was very cordial and clearly overworked. I came in for an 11 o'clock appointment and didn't get my car back until 6pm. I don't live in the area and I was told it would take no more than an hour and a half. I Ubered around town and did some errands. I kept calling in to get a status and no one was available to take a call and I was told my contact person was gone for the day. When I came in they hadn't touched my car and my maintenance person was there and had no idea I had called. The Manager put my car in and it took another "hour and a half" . Their current system is broken. The call center is out of Arizona and has no clue about what the shop can handle and their computer system doesn't update anyone in the chain of command. Good people VERY bad system. More
