Their costumer service is absolutely horrible; prior to purchasing the car, we were promised to receive paperwork/report history of the car so we could get a second opinion from our mechanic. After purchasing the car, they kept delaying/sending the documents. Once we got the paperwork, the report wasn’t updated, missing the last three weeks. Pedro seemed nice at first, however he was very unprofessional sales person, he called and scheduled appointment to pick up the second key. We drove for two hours to their office only to find out that he had forgotten to communicate with the management and order the keys. We were extremely disappointed with their costumer service.
