Had the worst experience in this dealer. I bought a 2007 Chevy Silverado that had the transmission slipped, so I returned the truck back with the 5 days and 250 miles. I was told that after signing the release of liability that I will get my down payment back within the next 14 days. 14 days had past and I still haven’t gotten back my refund. People are no longer friendly because they made 0 sale on me. I will not recommend at will never buy from them anymore. This is the 2nd autonation that I had bad experience with. More

This was not a pleasant experience. I had an appointment and still had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes before the service advisor talked to me. Mini of Stevens Creek is the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. They went beyond my expectations over and over again every time I have interacted with them. Firstly, the used vehicle was in in incredib dealt with. They went beyond my expectations over and over again every time I have interacted with them. Firstly, the used vehicle was in in incredible shape when they offered it for sale, unlike other dealers I have dealt with. The purchase and trade in was very easy thanks to Vincent. And afterwards they backed up and actually extended their (free) dealer provided warranty on my vehicle to make a moderate but not obvious repair when they did not need to. Thanks to Hector and the Service department for that.. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will look them up again the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
