Bought a used car from Mini of Stevens Creek of Feb 2022. Come May 2022 with only 1,083 miles put on the car... the coolant line burst and the car overheated and shut down. The dealership has not returned any of my messages after numerous tries. I now received estimates from mechanics that the cost will run me 3-6k...basically what is owed as it may be a head gasket problem. For a "reputable" dealership this is absurd to have happened so soon since I purchased car not very long ago. Would not recommend this dealership let alone owning a use mini after this experience. The service advisor Hector was great he kept me posted of any issues. They even dropped my car off and picked up the loaner. Which was an exceptional gesture.
