I leased a 4 door hardtop mini 3 years ago and not only have i loved the car (and decided to keep it), but also the service was really excellent. When a big part of your car experience is counting on the service, their quality and attention to customers means a lot. More

Not a good customer service, eve time I call to check on the status of my car, nobody answers and never return calls. When I’m at the dealer, nobody asks if I need any help. Great place with friendly Staff . but very slow for processing and ordering parts . I got an estimate for repairing in Body shop on March 25th and I dropped off my car on April 12th but very slow for processing and ordering parts . I have been driving the rental cars ever since . and the car still is not ready . and I'm down on over 3K for rental fees and still waiting More

They are the only dealership in the south bay but they have very nice employees and service people. Every time I’ve visited people are talking at desks and I’ve been ignored for what seems like 10 minutes before being helped. Had an alignment done there that seemed to barely fix an issue.
