My MINI Clubman wanted oil change and just a bit more of brake fluid. Plus, my MINI key began to misbehave. I always serviced it at the dealership even though it is over 40 miles drive for me. No problem brake fluid. Plus, my MINI key began to misbehave. I always serviced it at the dealership even though it is over 40 miles drive for me. No problem with oil change - expensive as expected, though. Dealership insisted that instead of topping off brake fluid as MINI indicated, they absolutely must flush the brake system. Over $200 just for that, even though it wasn't really necessary. And regarding the key - they had absolutely no clue. Locksmith down the street figured it out in under 5 minutes at no charge. So much for dealership "expertise" Next time I need routine service it won't be there - no reason at all. They are friendly and polite, but so are many other people who don't charge me for the niceties. More
The experience was extremely horrible. I dropped off my car in the morning to get it serviced but then didn’t get any communication or update about it for the entire day. Wasn’t informed o I dropped off my car in the morning to get it serviced but then didn’t get any communication or update about it for the entire day. Wasn’t informed of their “shuttling service hours” and ended up finding my own way down there to pick up my car. The technician had already taken off by the time I got there which was around 6pm. Not a big deal to not get a ride but ABSOLUTELY horrible to not get any communication about the status of my car for the entire day. Just simply the worst service experience I’ve ever had. More
Typical bait and switchers. My advice is to stay away. Luckily, I spotted their method before I bought. I did Google search and found this... Worst Behavior with customers My advice is to stay away. Luckily, I spotted their method before I bought. I did Google search and found this... Worst Behavior with customers June 24, 2017 By Raghu on DealerRater We visited to this show room for new car, but a sales person(Michael Komer) motivating to certified cars and wasted our time. After asking many times finally he showed new car and gave a quote. We said will think and come back, then this guy is reacting very violently. He want us to make immediate decision because of he spent 1 hour time(even all his fault by telling about certified cars). I never recommend this place/dealer. ...this is from another site, but I dealt with the same salesperson, Michael Komer, he did almost the exact same thing to me. He works for Stevens Creek MINI now apparently. He is shifty and completely in-ethical and just a complete bait and Switcher. When I called on his bait and switch, he went into complete denial. That's too bad because I have a lot of money to spend, but was holding my cards kind of close. Glad I did. I tried to speak to Stevens Creek MINI management, but they won't call me back. I guess I take money elsewhere, too bad, as I was really hoping this dealer would have some kind of genuine interest is customer relations. More

Great service with a friendly atmosphere and not the typical salesmanship we all know from pushy car salespeople. They helped us through the transaction even though we did not come well prepared but th typical salesmanship we all know from pushy car salespeople. They helped us through the transaction even though we did not come well prepared but the Autonation people always found a way to accommodate our situation. Due to the busy nature of that Saturday when we bought the Mini, we waited quite a long time to get through the final steps of the contract, but since we did not have other plans it was fine. They did offer us to take off for a few hours until it was our turn in the contract department, which was considerate of the wait situation. More

Shrinkflation is real at Stevens Creek Mini. You get less service now, but expect to pay much more. My sunroof got stuck open on a rainy day, and of course, it’s no longer covered by my warranty You get less service now, but expect to pay much more. My sunroof got stuck open on a rainy day, and of course, it’s no longer covered by my warranty. I was stuck and had to pay $250 for them to spend five minutes to give me an estimate to fix. They quoted me $1960 to fix and it since it required 6 hours labor, (discounted from 6.5 hours just to be nice.) They also included a free sales pitch for a brand new unneeded battery for $450 extra. I asked if it would be less if the sunroof could be fixed in less than six hours. They said that was impossible. I asked if they could just get it closed instead, before it rained again, which they also said was impossible. I opted for neither, but they still insisted I pay the $250, and I still had a broken sunroof. Back at home, my husband who knows nothing about cars watched a few You Tube videos, and spent about an hour and a half fiddling around and got it sealed and closed. More
