He even asked me about my car condition the following day via text. For me, that shows that he really cares about helping me with my car. I also want to say thank you for the free drinks in the lobby. Drinks are free when your waiting they have water, coffee machine not to mentioned chocolate and latte! It makes my waiting so relaxing. LITERALLY SOLD US A CAR THAT WAS ALREADY SOLD! ! Completely unbelievable, unconscionable, and probably illegal! I was there to buy a car for my 19 year old son. We were shown a really cute 2013 Sla ! We were shown a really cute 2013 Slate Blue MiniCooper, which we test drove with gusto, spent a good amount of time inspecting, discussing, and ultimately insuring, and filling out all the sale docs and check. They were bringing it around for a quick wash before we left with it, when we were told that it had already been purchased and paid in full by a woman that they simply couldn't get a hold of!!! And to make up for this xxxxshow, they offered me "a good deal on a 2024"!! So that's the angle?? As I told the guy multiple times while we were there, I am not going to by my 19 year old college kid a brand new car for on campus. Just not going to happen. UGH!! There aren't enough words to express how disgusted I am with their dealership. :( More

They evaluated my car, what repair it needed, and gave me an estimate. I authorized them to do the repair work. When the car was repaired, the bill was a lot higher than the estimate. Johny was so professional and kept updating me the progress with text and call. I'll give 10/10 for Johny and Mini service engineers. More
