MINI of Stevens Creek

I purchased a vehicle on 6/14 and traded in my existing one. It is 6/24 and my bank has not received the buy out on my trade in and has not received DMV paperwork for my purchase. I now have a loan on a ca one. It is 6/24 and my bank has not received the buy out on my trade in and has not received DMV paperwork for my purchase. I now have a loan on a car I do not own and no paperwork or loan on the new vehicle. I have called and emailed managers, finance managers and even the sales associate that assisted in this purchase. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ABOUT MY INQUIRY. They certainly cashed my down payment quickly...I am not a happy customer. Seems like I hooked up with the wrong people at this location. More
