This is a rating for the Service department. The quality service of Stevens Creek Mini is now a thing of the past. It is most unfortunate as I'm still completely sold on the Mini, but I will n The quality service of Stevens Creek Mini is now a thing of the past. It is most unfortunate as I'm still completely sold on the Mini, but I will no longer bring my business to the service department. On my last visit, they were rude, aggressively tried to over-sell unneeded services and failed to look at the record of service they performed on my car this year, attempting to get me to purchase something they themselves replaced not 2 months prior to my most recent visit. In other words, not a "bad day" for the person managing the service of my vehicle, but a noticeable change to aggressive, pressure service. I love my Mini, but will never bring it back to Stevens Creek Mini for service. More
