TERRIBLE, DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP - BUYER BEWARE - Signed agreement to purchase on Friday afternoon and filled out financing. Told that I had to go to local AutoNation following day to sign documents (3 hour agreement to purchase on Friday afternoon and filled out financing. After arriving, they told me an hour later the document would not be ready until following week and I would have to drive back to the dealership again. The manager would not credit or compensate me for their mess-up. The manager told me they are losing money on the deal and that I should be thankful. I told them that it is unlikely they are losing money on the sale. He asked if I was calling him a liar and that it was offensive to say so. I told him strong men don't get insulted by what others say. He said was I am implying, that he is a weak man. I said you said that, not me. At that point he started threatening me saying that I am not strong, mumbling stuff and said we reserve the right to refuse service and we will not be selling you this car, good bye. Please take my experience and do not do business with these unethical people, most of which were foreign and without any sense of morality or doing the right thing. More
