I chose such high ratings because every time I go into MINI's sales department Mark Eversgerd greets me with a big hug and a smile. He has a way of making people feel comfortable and really takes time to answer any questions. He truly wants a MINI owner to be happy with their purchase. I've bought two MINI's from him and wouldn't ever choose anyone else. My previous MINI was totaled and I had injuries from the accident. I called Mark and he immediately found me a car that matched the exact features he knew I wanted before I even arrived! Because of my injuries I wasnt able to drive the car home so he drove the car to my house. I do not know any other dealership that would even think of doing anything close to that. Mark isn't all about commission - hes about customer satisfaction. Even now he calls to check in and see how I am doing. I dont believe I will ever find a more genuine person in car sales and because of that I knew who to call after my accident because I was confident he would help me right away. I could go on and on :) The service department I chose a high rating because they have put up with a lot of "Amy crisis" from me and are ALWAYS friendly. Never once do I feel like I am burdening them with questions or when I call to check on my car. Excellent customer service and they always do their very best to explain to me what is going on. No matter how long one of my cars has been in the shop I dont worry because I know that the service technicians and managers are doing quality work and that takes time to do it right the first time. I love MINI of St. Louis. They are not people not wanting to push you into buying a car or putting you in a car and not caring if you come back or not. They are about relationships and keeping those relationships. Because of this I will keep coming back to MINI. Thanks guys for everything you!!! Love ya! More
I walked into this dealership knowing i wanted a Paceman because I liked the way itlooked. When you walk in they ask if you are already working with someone and then help you find them. It's a refreshing break from other dealers where you feel like you're caught in a giant tug-of-war and having features you don't want forced at you. If you hate buying cars, try mini. You'll actually enjoy the experience and end up with a way better and more fun car! Service is just as great! Their waiting room is the best, and the whole team is understanding and there to help. We've had sudden concerns just before major trips and they were able to squeeze us in same day! One time, they did a quick check turned out the oil was low, so they topped it off - we scheduled an oil change for after the trip and they sent us on our way free of charge that day! No car dealer treats you like that, but Mini isn't like normal car dealers. More
Mini of St Louis is a great place to buy your Mini. Sure, it's the only dealer in St Louis. But if there were more than one dealership. I would buy from Mini of St Louis. I've purchased two Minis from M it's the only dealer in St Louis. But if there were more than one dealership. I would buy from Mini of St Louis. I've purchased two Minis from Mark. Great guy to do business with. He tells it like it is. None of that car salesman's bs to deal with that you get from other dealerships. He kept in touch. Knew I was getting ready to trade in my Cooper and gave me a call when they had the special pricing on the Roadsters. I have actually recommend Mark to friends that were thinking about a Mini. More
I've had nothing but great experiences from MINI and their service center. They are typically prompt when it comes to working on your car and they do their best to keep you as up to date on the progress their service center. Karen Fortune is the best!! She was always efficient in answering my questions, fast to respond, and simply the best. Hoping we don't have to buy another one for a while, but if something comes up, Karen will be the only MINI sale's person we would call. Thanks for all of your hard work Karen! The only word to describe my experience with Mini of St. Louis would be "Amazing." I've never had a dealership that was so willing to make everything work just the way the customer wanted. I had been searching online for a pre-owned vehicle and after doing some inquiries on trading in my current car for one available at Mini of St. Louis, I received a call almost instantly from Karen Fortune after I sent out the emails. Not only did she help make the deal work out for me to trade for such an awesome car, she went to great lengths to make sure everything was extremely stress free and not a hassle in any way. She was always available for contact when I had questions about the car, with very quick email/phone responses, and we were able to make the trade within a few days of me contacting them. This experience couldn't have gone any better. Part of my deal with the trade-in was to trade my stock wheels along with the aftermarket wheels. Due to the small car that I was trading in, and living 2 hours from the dealership, I wasn't able to bring up all 4 stock wheels/tires at once. Karen worked it out for me to be able to drop off the other 2 wheels on my way back through St. Louis the following Sunday, and Neil met me at the dealership when it was closed, just to make sure it all went right. We talked cars for a while, and then I was back on the road. During previous interactions with other car dealerships (NOT MINI OF ST LOUIS), I've sometimes felt as if the dealership was only working to benefit themselves---not the customer. This is NOT the way, in my opinion, to do business and attract more and more customers. My interactions with Mini of St. Louis were quite the contrary, and I have done nothing but speak in their outmost favor since the entire transaction took place. Thank you Karen and Neil for helping me get a trade done and into a sweet ride! More
I was looking for a small car that was fun to drive so I went to the Mini dealer and met Mark. He has been my go to man for the last two Minis I have leased. I love it so much I am leasing a third. My wife love MINIs and she always wanted one. I live in Kansas City and I worked with local dealer and few other dealers in midwest. I was looking for lease and MINI website has $250 lease special. No dealer has offered that deal except MINI of St.Louis. Mark Eversgerd was totally honest and he first asked me to contact local dealer about the lease special which requires pre-order. I contacted and I found that they were not really interested in offering that deal. I thought it is not practical and MINI just advertise those kind of deals to attract or grab attention of people. I stopped looking and started thinking of some other car for my wife. Mark Eversgerd, followed up after a week and asked me if I got response from local dealer. He offered the deal and he was totally transparent about fees, taxes and everything. What ever he quoted, those were the numbers I saw while signing the lease. He was very nice to us and managed to get us a month free of payment. We drove to St.Louis and got the MINI and my wife was very happy. I should really thank Mark for all his help on find a lovely MINI for my wife. More
