I've purchased two cars from Steve, and both times he has gone above and beyond my expectations as dealership liaison and salesman. He answered all of my questions and continues to follow up with me. I know that if I ever need anything, he is a phone call or email away. I ordered a new car from the factory, and he personally kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I thought was really cool. The car-buying experience was a breeze, and I felt absolutely zero pressure to order something that I didn't want. That's what I really like about this dealership. The Service Department is also stellar. They are super fast, and extremely quick to leave you with all your bases covered and in-the-know. I can't think of another service department that I've previously dealt with that provides a more competitive level of care. More

My husband and I had a plan to purchase a used mini in our budget. We were very picky on the color and style. Mark was very good about showing us what we wanted. He wasn't pushy and was very honest and personable. At the time they didn't have the specific used mini in the color that we wanted with a white top; However Mark told us he would contact us as soon as he got any of the kind we wanted. Within a week we got a call that there were a couple options that he thought we would be interested in. Mark was right; the car was exactly the color, model and price that we were looking for. It was perfect in every way and we absolutely love it! Not only did the buying process go seamlessly and stress free but Mark really went out of his way to work with us. He even came into work with us on his day off! In fact, the store closed at 5:00 and the whole team, (Mark Eversgerd, Neil Westfall and Eric Fultz) stayed late to accommodate us through the car buying process. These gentlemen were wonderful to work with. I would like to express my gratitude for helping us purchase our first mini cooper. We recently came back in to get our license plates. So much better than when I started with MINI Service I bought my mini cooper in 2009 and at first the service center was not very helpful and no one greeted me when i came into the service center and it I bought my mini cooper in 2009 and at first the service center was not very helpful and no one greeted me when i came into the service center and it was a mediocre to lousy experience. NOW in the last couple of years it is such a different experience. I am welcomed and someone meets me when I get out of my car. They are kind, helpful and smile which is so much better than when I started with MINI service. My car is always washed and serviced very well by DEREK whom I have never met but am so appreciative of his care of my car. He does a very good job every time I get into my vehicle I notice a difference in it being clean! The sales guy, Mark, that I originally purchased my car with is usually there and says hello to me just about every time I visit and talks to me for a few minutes to see how I am doing. The service is now outstanding compared to what it was before. I am very happy with the service now. It has been great. More

Best car purchase experience ever! Mark was completely honest! I went in there looking to lease a new Mini. Drove it, loved it, but couldn't love the new body style. I wanted a Mini for Mark was completely honest! I went in there looking to lease a new Mini. Drove it, loved it, but couldn't love the new body style. I wanted a Mini for a decade and loved the old body. I asked about the 2013 options available. He was completely honest about the options and didn't try to "sell" me on the new one since I was adamant I didn't love the new body. We worked out a great deal! He even offered some suggestions on how to get me out of my VW lease early! Now I own the Mini I had wanted for 10 years. A few more things to do on it, add checker features, but that will all be done soon. I will definitely be working with Mark again!! More
