I purchased my MINI Paceman from MINI of St. Louis and was enjoying motoring for a month when I received a call from my motoring advisor Mike. He informed me that MINI wanted me to bring my vehicle (Harr was enjoying motoring for a month when I received a call from my motoring advisor Mike. He informed me that MINI wanted me to bring my vehicle (Harry) back in for a "Second Date" service. Of course, I was more than happy to visit the dealership again. The guys in the service center gave "Harry" the once over, checked and topped off the fluids, and Marvin cleaned him up very nicely while I visited with Mike, and briefly with Tina. Mike made sure I was familiar with my car, and asked if I had any questions since I had the pleasure of motoring for a month. I couldn't think of anything he hadn't already gone over with me, but he assured me that if I ever had questions, I could always give him a call. Once the service was complete, Mike went over the checklist to my satisfaction, and I was once again on my way motoring. I can't wait to visit again; the staff at MINI of St. Louis has always been very pleasant, polite and personable with me. I recommend them every chance I get! Keep Up The Great Work!!! More
My Cooper S "Marla" developed a leak. I called roadside service, she was picked up from my home in Columbia, MO & transported to St. Louis. 24 hrs & 30 mins later she was delivered back to me w/a roadside service, she was picked up from my home in Columbia, MO & transported to St. Louis. 24 hrs & 30 mins later she was delivered back to me w/a new water pump, oil change & new wiper blades! Not only was this impressive timing, I now will not have to make a special trip back for service in another month since they went ahead and took care of it while she was there. I received a follow up call from Mark a few days later to make sure everything was good. It was GREAT! :) More

My cars have been at the service department several times for service, at which both times were handled in an efficient manner by Rick Drezek. Everyone at this dealership is friendly, as compared to some other dealers that I have done business with, it makes you feel that your business is important to them. The boutique is a very comfortable place to wait while you car is being serviced, with complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea etc.. along with a selection of fresh fruit. I had a problem with an engine light. The service center got me in immediately. They drove me to work. They fixed the problem immediately. They did not charge me. Everyone was so nice on this visit. The service manager, Todd, was nice and communicated very effectively. The man who greeted me and took the car was also extremely helpful and courteous, and I am not really entirely sure of his name. I just guessed on it above. Anyway, this is one of the best service visits I have ever had in my life. And I got my car cleaned in the bargain! More

I took our Mini Clubman in for service yesterday morning and was pleasantly greeted by a porter and escorted to the service desk where I was turned over to Dave. He determined what service was due and that it might need programming. I elected to stay until a determination was made as to the duration of service. While waiting I struck up a conversation with Mike Preiss about future models and the timelines. I found him very knowledgeable and helpful. It seemed my car was going to take longer than I wanted to wait so Dave put me in a loaner car and I was off. I received a call from Carrie early afternoon that the car was ready. When I picked it up every thing went smooth my car was washed and dried,everyone was friendly and everyone seemed to enjoy their job which is refreshing. Steve Emerson was there when I picked up the car and he was gracious and helpful as always. He reset the key memory for my wife's key and spent some time with me as well. I am retired from auto dealerships and was never employed by nor affiliated with this company. I am very impressed with this organizations treatment of their clients even when their nearest competitor is Four hours away. More

Everything is top shelf here, from the minute you drive in until you walk out the door to pick up your freshly washed car. You might expect this kind of treatment at a Bentley dealer, but MINI does it at mini prices. Best I've ever seen. More
I met with Steve Emerson in late December to test drive 2 different MINI models. I was interested in the Hardtop S and the Paceman S. He kept in touch through email but did not overwhelm me with too many emails or phone calls. When I was ready (today, February27th), I contacted Steve through email and started the purchasing process. It was very smooth and everything was resolved within a few hours. They had the car ready for me to pick up the same day. At the dealer, Steve discussed the features of my new MINI with me in detail, making sure I understood how everything worked. When I met with Tina in the financial department, she was very friendly and helpful. I was able to split up my down payment and license/registration payment to make it easier on me. Everything was complete within a short period of time and I was very happy with how everything turned out. After being at the MINI dealer for about an hour, start to finish, I was ready to be on my way. This was an excellent car buying experience. More
