Best car purchase experience ever! Mark was completely honest! I went in there looking to lease a new Mini. Drove it, loved it, but couldn't love the new body style. I wanted a Mini for Mark was completely honest! I went in there looking to lease a new Mini. Drove it, loved it, but couldn't love the new body style. I wanted a Mini for a decade and loved the old body. I asked about the 2013 options available. He was completely honest about the options and didn't try to "sell" me on the new one since I was adamant I didn't love the new body. We worked out a great deal! He even offered some suggestions on how to get me out of my VW lease early! Now I own the Mini I had wanted for 10 years. A few more things to do on it, add checker features, but that will all be done soon. I will definitely be working with Mark again!! More

Service Dept. Yesterday 06/07/2014, I noticed oil on the floor of my garage below the right side of the Bonnet of my 2012 Countryman S, I drove the car to Mini of S Yesterday 06/07/2014, I noticed oil on the floor of my garage below the right side of the Bonnet of my 2012 Countryman S, I drove the car to Mini of St. Louis, upon arrival Dave Joseph got me right in to check out the problem (without an appointment), after checking the problem Dave told me it was a oil solenoid leak and it would take about 2 hrs. to repair, he gave me a loaner to use until my car was repaired. As usual it was another great experience with the service dept. All the employees at the Mini store are the most friendly people you could meet, including Derek who does a great job of washing the car after service is complete. More

He was very thoughtful in his preparation for test drives. He lined up the models we were interested in and explained the differences, and then let us experience them on our own -- not as a back seat passenger. He was helpful during the sales process, and after delivery he's helped us with questions that have come up in driving our new car. This is our our first MINI. We are really happy with it, and grateful for all the assistance Steve provided. More
