I've had many questions and not once did I feel I was inconveniencing anyone who I asked, and even after the sale was completed, Mark has followed up with me a number of times to make sure everything is going alright and to see if I needed anything. We looked online and at several car dealerships around Kansas City no car felt "just right". We found 2 pathfinders we were interested in which both happened to be in St Louis. We made the 4 hour road trip in hopes of coming home with a new car but facing the reality we may not purchase a car. As we arrived at Mini of St Louis we asked for Steve Emerson, a man my husband had made contact with via email and phone. We were pleasantly surprised when we met Steve. He was very upbeat and friendly. He directed us to the car we were wanting to see and we took it on a test drive. The car itself was in like new condition. We were both excited about the car, however we expected to have to haggle for hours over price. After the test drive we sat down with Steve and he and my husband begain talking numbers. Within less than 30 minutes we had purchased the car. We happened to arrive during the Mini food truck day which turned into an added bonus. As we left the dealership with the new car my husband and I both felt like we received a fair deal and the overall experience was actually FUN! The following Monday Steve called to follow up regarading our purchase and to ensure everything was going well. We have had nothing but positive things to say about our car buying experience. Getting Better Each Visit I have gone to this dealership twice. During my last service visit, I was treated well. The three items that I needed to have done were completed in under two hours, and the bill was not padded with trumped up labor costs. Marvin greeted me and instructed me on what I needed to do to check in. The service adviser, Dave, was direct and clear; and the receptionist, Carrie, was very helpful in answering my questions. My car was washed and vacuumed by Derrik. I felt as if they valued my business. I also want to mention that I had a complaint concerning an earlier service trip, and Todd Feuerhaken called me personally the very next morning to try to help me resolve the concern. I appreciate the fact that he took my remarks seriously and wanted to do what he could do to help. Overall, I believe the changes that Mini of St. Louis has made in its customer service plan are positive. I do know that I feel better about my experience: if this level of service is maintained, I will definitely buy a second mini when the 2005 I am driving gives out. More

First time Service Dept visit Brought my MINI to the dealership to have a "door ding" fixed. I was greeted before I even stepped out of my car and everyone was very friendly. My car was fixed within 30 minutes which was extremely fast, and the quality of work was great. Afterward, two employees went to lengths to find out if the service was covered under any type of warranty I'd purchased because I couldn't find the paperwork and it wasn't showing up in their computer. Turns out it was. When I was taken back to my car it had been washed and vacuumed for me. This was the most painless auto repair experience I've ever had! More
Service while auto still under warranty. The wiper blades were changed - a piece of plastic had come off on top of blade and they put it back on. They changed the oil. A well-satisfied customer I have worked with this dealership for over ten years and have purchased two Minis from them. While I have had very positive experiences with the actual purchasing of the Cooper S's, when a servicing appointment is (infrequently) necessary I have never been put off for any length of time. The question is more often than not "when is it convenient for ME to come in?" The service area is immaculate when I pull my car in, and I am escorted directly to the consultation area. Rick - my "favorite" service advisor - listens to me, takes as much time as is necessary to determine the exact problem, makes certain that I understand what they are going to do, and keeps me appraised as to how the servicing is going. What's not to like about that! More

The service department had my vehicle for a week and during that time period I received status updates. I very much appreciate the use of the loaner car during this time. The team was at all times open to communication, dependable and ever so courteous. Thank you, gentleman, for diagnosing the problem, rendering the soft top operable again and returning my car to me.
