Karen helped me explore options, but did not try to “sell me every bell and whistle” – which I really appreciated. She promised to update me on my MINI’s status and has followed through with that promise every week. I’m anxiously awaiting my new MINI and look forward to going back to the dealership. More

Mini 4 Life I bought my car a little over 2 years ago. I love my mini now as much as I did the day I bought it. I am sure I will never buy anything other than a I bought my car a little over 2 years ago. I love my mini now as much as I did the day I bought it. I am sure I will never buy anything other than a Mini! Steve Emerson was wonderful. He was helpful on the test drive (as I knew nothing about a Mini.) When I went to pick my car up, he showed me how to adjust everything and made sure I knew how to read and use everything. At Mini St. Louis they even licensed my car for me! I came back a few days after they received the plates and they put them on for me. I am constantly trying to talk people into getting a Mini and I fully recommend asking for Steve Emerson! He called to check on me after my purchase just to make sure things were going well, or course they were! He also called on my one and two year purchase anniversary! One time I brought my car in for some routine work and he saw that I had some work done and called after I picked up my car just to make sure everything was okay!! Please do yourself a favor and ask for Steve Emerson, make Mini St. Louis your dealership, and get yourself a new or used Mini!!! More

IN A BIND I was passing through the area and had a nail in my tire. I called the service department and talked to the service manager Todd to see if I could get I was passing through the area and had a nail in my tire. I called the service department and talked to the service manager Todd to see if I could get in to get fixed. He told me to bring my MINI on in and see what they could do for me. I was in and out in no problem. They found the nail and was able to patch the tire. The cashier even helped me with what was around the area on something to eat before getting back on my way. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my visit as painless and easy as possible. More

She listened to what we wanted to purchase and immediately placed us in the proper vehicle for a test drive. When we sat down to order a vehicle, she did not waste time pushing options we did not want and made several valuable suggestions which we incorporated in our order. What really impressed us, however, was the level of attention we received after the sale. We were kept apprised of the progress of the construction and delivery of our vehicle and were able to schedule a convenient pick-up. When the vehicle arrived, our salesperson spent an hour after closing to answer our questions and show us how to operate the various features on the vehicle. Since then we have received pertinent emails from our salesperson detailing service protocol. We are very happy with our dealer experience and the vehicle we purchased. More
