Yesterday 06/07/2014, I noticed oil on the floor of my garage below the right side of the Bonnet of my 2012 Countryman S, I drove the car to Mini of S Yesterday 06/07/2014, I noticed oil on the floor of my garage below the right side of the Bonnet of my 2012 Countryman S, I drove the car to Mini of St. Louis, upon arrival Dave Joseph got me right in to check out the problem (without an appointment), after checking the problem Dave told me it was a oil solenoid leak and it would take about 2 hrs. to repair, he gave me a loaner to use until my car was repaired. As usual it was another great experience with the service dept. All the employees at the Mini store are the most friendly people you could meet, including Derek who does a great job of washing the car after service is complete. More

He was very thoughtful in his preparation for test drives. He lined up the models we were interested in and explained the differences, and then let us experience them on our own -- not as a back seat passenger. He was helpful during the sales process, and after delivery he's helped us with questions that have come up in driving our new car. This is our our first MINI. We are really happy with it, and grateful for all the assistance Steve provided. More

I'm a straight shooter and didn't want the back and forth so often associated with buying a car. Steve understood the situation, listened to our needs, and went to work. We got the deal done quickly and well within the budget we'd set. On delivery, Mark was great at going over all of the details and amenities. My wife drove off the lot feeling comfortable she knew plenty about her new car. That extra effort went a long way! We've now bought two cars from Mini of St Louis.
