When we sat down to order a vehicle, she did not waste time pushing options we did not want and made several valuable suggestions which we incorporated in our order. What really impressed us, however, was the level of attention we received after the sale. We were kept apprised of the progress of the construction and delivery of our vehicle and were able to schedule a convenient pick-up. When the vehicle arrived, our salesperson spent an hour after closing to answer our questions and show us how to operate the various features on the vehicle. Since then we have received pertinent emails from our salesperson detailing service protocol. We are very happy with our dealer experience and the vehicle we purchased. More

I've purchased two cars from Steve, and both times he has gone above and beyond my expectations as dealership liaison and salesman. He answered all of my questions and continues to follow up with me. I know that if I ever need anything, he is a phone call or email away. I ordered a new car from the factory, and he personally kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I thought was really cool. The car-buying experience was a breeze, and I felt absolutely zero pressure to order something that I didn't want. That's what I really like about this dealership. The Service Department is also stellar. They are super fast, and extremely quick to leave you with all your bases covered and in-the-know.
