Steve pretty much met me at the door ... he was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of my question and then offered me a test drive, BY MYSELF!!! I have never had a deanship do that... I loved it! Took that little mini out on the highway and then decided she needed to meet my husband as I was already in love! Came back and I guess Steve could tell I was smitten with the car and offered to let me take it home for the night... what a surprise! I drove it around all day the next day and knew immediately that this was the car for me. Purchased it with no hesitation. Mark Eversgerd spoke with me and set me up with a car to drive. After coming back, I let Mark know what my parameters were, and he simply answered all my questions and provided me with exactly what I wanted. Mark's supreme knowledge of the Mini brand and products combined with his exceptional listening skills resulted in my walking out with an agreement to purchase a car. I never thought in a million years that I would actually be able to get one. Karen greeted me and we talked about what I wanted and what I could afford and she suggested a Beautiful (and pretty tricked out) car that was in my price range and let me take it home for the day so I could convince my husband that it was the car for us. A couple weeks ago we went back to mini and sat down with Karen again to talk about upgrading for our growing family and once again she found the perfect car for us. I will always return to Mini and Karen because I have never met a car dealer who made me feel so comfortable. The whole staff seems like a family checking in and teasing each other, and helping explain newer features in their cars. And I also have to give a shout out to their service department that has helped me numerous times and has always done an amazing job. Phil Tripoli made sure that this time my car buying experience would be different, and he got me into the car I wanted. He answered all my questions via email or phone, and when I finally made it to St. Louis, he went out of his way to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. Even after the purchase, he made sure that I knew all the functions, controls, and features of my new car. Phil made the buying experience extremely easy and I certainly would consider buying another car from him. Tina went above and beyond to make sure I received the best financing option available. She hit a really good balance of being informative and keeping in touch without making me feel pressured. When I finally decided to purchase a car, she was really easy to work with and she went through all the features of the car with me before I left. I also worked with Tina to work out the financing of my car and she was so nice and made sure that I understood everything that was put in front of me.
