Regular maintenance I've had my MINI for a little over a year and a half now and brought it in for a new set of tires and routine maintenance. Awesome purchasing experience from beginning to end. We picked up our brand new 2015 Cooper Hardtop 13 hours ago and I still have a smile on my face. This was the most pleasant and FUN experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Karen helped me through the decision making process in the beginning when I ordered by offering excellent suggestions on colors, trims, and accessories. She kept me updated every week while it was being manufactured and shipped. Then, after the EPA held the car for 2 months in port, MINI offered additional accessories I could take advantage of at no cost to myself - even though the "hold" was no fault of theirs. When we went to pick up the car earlier today, Karen and Tina were just as excited for our purchase as we were. Tina patiently walked us through the financials and Karen diligently went through all the aspects of the car. We laughed, drank coffee (great cappuccino), ogled items in the boutique and had an awesome experience - the pictures we took prove it! I love my new MINI and thank everyone at the dealership for making this such a great experience. More
