Because I live more than an hundred miles away MARK EVERSGIRD was more than willing to work with me in scheduling an appointment to see the vehicle I now own. 2015 F56 Mini Cooper S Purchase Ordered the car July 18th, 2014, Car was manufactured and at Southhampton, UK for shipment August 6, 2014, car was in Baltimore, Md August 17th, 2014, Ordered the car July 18th, 2014, Car was manufactured and at Southhampton, UK for shipment August 6, 2014, car was in Baltimore, Md August 17th, 2014, car was held-up in Baltimore with an EPA "problem", car was delivered to me October 13th, 20014, 12 weeks later. Dealer, Sales Manager, & Salesman were diligent and as helpful as they could be. Mini/BMW was courteous, friendly, etc however never really had any worthwhile information, i.e. absolutely useless. Car is here, and terrific. More
