Steve's the best! Met Steve for the first time about two weeks ago when I stopped at Mini STL. Was a prior MINI owner and wanted to test the new gen. I feel fortunate that I got him - Steve has been an absolute delight to work with - from the time I walked in the door, to when I took delivery of the car. He's extremely helpful, very responsive and has a can-do attitude. In other words, Steve is the best! He's the best salesperson I've met at a dealership so far. I felt like Steve cared about me as a customer - not about trying to sell me something or push me into something I didn't want. He also worked to get me the best deal possible. Steve really cares about customer service and experience too. He even stayed late on a Friday for me because I changed plans and he adjusted his schedule so I could take delivery of my new MINI. If that's not amazing customer service, I don't know what is. If you do visit Mini of STL - Steve's the guy you want to talk to! :) Highly recommended!!!!! More

Loving the whole experience Kate was so helpful and patient. I went in wanting a Clubman. Test drove one, then went on to the hard top.
