I recently experienced an issue with MINI of San Antonio dealership that has left me deeply disappointed. Despite the transaction being a transfer, I was erroneously charged registration fees. I was assured dealership that has left me deeply disappointed. Despite the transaction being a transfer, I was erroneously charged registration fees. I was assured by the Salesperson and the finance person that I would receive a reimbursement from the DMV. However, after following the necessary steps and visiting the DMV, I was informed that no reimbursement was due as the registration showed a charge of $0.00. I reached out to both Salesperson and the finance office multiple times for assistance. While they assured me that the matter would be resolved, several months have passed since I initially brought this to their attention, and I have yet to receive a clear answer or the reimbursement I am owed. Today, I was informed by another salesperson that a check was allegedly sent back in March, yet I have not received it. This lack of communication and clarity is deeply concerning, and it's disheartening to feel disregarded once the vehicle purchase was finalized. Transparency and accountability are essential in maintaining a positive customer relationship. I hope the dealership will prioritize resolving this matter promptly." More
