Easy to schedule appointment for service by calling. I was assure to get a loaner on the day I of my appointment, Holly, the Service Manager is very communicative and attentive to details. Everyone is very helpful including the valet young guys when I dropped off and picked up my car. The last guy even helped to carry and moved my stuff from the loaner trunk to my car. The first time I came, they found a screw in the right rear tire that cause a leak, so I paid for a new tire to replace the damaged one. I took my car for that service at 10:30am that day,At noon, I texted to ask them to let me know when the car was ready and that I would pay for a Lyft to get there on my own, but there was no reply back, and later at 4pm when I texted Alexandria again to ask if my car was ready for picking up, she called me right away to inform that they hadn’t done anything yet because I hadn’t accepted the estimated amounts for the service. I told her I hadn’t received anything, and she apologized for not following up with me before. I confirmed the services (including a change of the windshield) and it took me 20 minutes approximately to get there. I had to wait other 15/20 minutes for everything to be done, except the change of windshield because Alexandria told me that the person specialized in such duty was not there for the day. I was not even upset about all these inconveniences because I’ve worked in customer service for many years already to know what/who employees have to deal with on a daily basis. Four days later, the car notified of low pressure in one of the tires again, I went back for the revision because my first thought was that they had replaced the wrong tire, and upon watching the video of the inspection, the same tire with the screw was found in the same location of the car (right rear tire). This time it was Ryan Watson who assisted me by explaining what it was done on my previous visit and, because I ordered for a tire rotation as well, the new tire was now located in the front of the car. When I expressed my concern about the fact that the same tire was there, Mr. Watson started to treat me like he was an FBI agent interrogating a criminal, most of the time maintaining a rude body language towards me and trying to intimidate me with his attitude, not appropriate for a customer service related associate, but for an Army person, which is what he mentioned he used to be in before. I am not writing all this because I am seeking for a compensation or similar, I don’t really care and honestly I don’t want anything that I haven’t paid for. i’m just letting you know that I ended up paying for 2 brand new tires when it was supposed to be only one, never asked you for any discount (never will), I didn’t feel valued as a customer these past two times and I know mistakes happen as we are all humans, but you guys will never admit that the damaged tire was placed in the car again instead of the good one when doing the rotation because there’s no way in this world a screw ruins a tire in the same spot from day one to day four and then treat me like I am a scammer in the middle of the waiting area with other customers around. Unacceptable and disappointing. Please do not be mad at Ryan and Alexandria, they seem to be good employees, they just need to learn a few more things. More
