Holly Bell, Albie Burch and especially Rob Silva. All of them were fantastic and obviously have gone through rigorous CS training and it shows. But, having spent the most time with Rob--between choosing my car, learning the tech and handling several follow-up issues that were resolved immediately--Rob was more like a brother who knows my car better than I do than a car salesman.
