Extremely happy with the process! Geoff was great to work with! I do have some concerns though as I test drove the car during the day in the rain. It wasn’t until I was at home in Geoff was great to work with! I do have some concerns though as I test drove the car during the day in the rain. It wasn’t until I was at home in my dry garage I notice a chip in the windshield and a headlight that is not working properly. For a 2022 certified preowned JCW, I’m actually really surprised these things weren’t identified and fixed prior to the sale… still waiting for resolution! More

I really appreciate being given a loaner while work was being done on my 2006 Cooper. I recently moved to the coast, and I wasn’t sure if I wanted a local shop working on my car, so a loaner made things mu being done on my 2006 Cooper.
