Allows you to sell yourself the car I saw a beautiful used Cadillac on Autotrader at a good price and low milage. Like most people, I told myself "I was just going to look." I wasn't sho I saw a beautiful used Cadillac on Autotrader at a good price and low milage. Like most people, I told myself "I was just going to look." I wasn't shopping for a luxury car, I was looking for a safe car. This 2016 model had safety features only now making into other car-maker's 2020 models. Krista is a great salesperson. She let me sell the car to myself. Krista didn't hit me rapid-fire with all the safety features; it would have been overwhelming. She pointed to her desk and said come in when I was ready. This allowed me to discover all the features on my own sitting in the car and driving it around for 10 minutes. When I was willing to negotiate, Krista was very helpful. Everyone knows its tradition to negotiate a price. And everyone knows the process of taking the negotiation back to the manager. But here, the answer from the manager was basically "Yes." I drove in with my 2008 Toyota Tacoma. I used it for just everything, and it looked like it. I think I washed it once 7 years ago. Krista asked how much I was going to sell it for on the private market. She went back to the used-car manager and he said he'd pay that price. Hassle-free. I drove off the lot (the next day) feeling that I bought a great car I always wanted. Krista was patient, answered all the questions and spent 4 hours covering every detail. More
