Good Service, lacking in communication I recently upgraded my 2 door Cooper S to a used 4 door Clubman S and love the car, but the communication with the dealership has been less than I was I recently upgraded my 2 door Cooper S to a used 4 door Clubman S and love the car, but the communication with the dealership has been less than I was expecting. The original person we dealt with in Sales (Lance) was actually pretty bad, to the point that we decided to not purchase a car here but David took over and was great to work with. My only suggestion is to not fully rely on text messages for deals. I think when my husband was trying to be polite with Lance, he saw it as rude and was very rude back to us which was shocking. After we purchased the vehicle, I had text our dealer with a question about the car and didn't hear a response. I had to call back a couple of times to get my answers. I tried to get my click and drive installed with the service team, could never reach them, and left many messages. I finally was able to get in contact with someone and was told they are unable to make outbound calls? I know they have the ability to text so that was upsetting. I now am having an issue with one of my tires and still cannot reach anyone in service. The reason I went back to Mini was their service, but this is a little upsetting. More
