I met with Mr. James Phillips, motoring adviser, he was so polite and professional! I told him the vehicle I wanted, color, etc, so forth, and he found it! He kept in touch with me, on a daily basis, and most of the time, several times a day, he always answered my questions and texts! And sent me pictures! Most important James knew how much this car meant to me! I am so pleased with my new 2016 Mini Clubman S, every time I take it out, I received compliments!
