I had the absolute pleasure of working towards my new Mini with Sasha and I couldn’t have tortured a salesperson more. I had definite requirements during this pandemic and the poor man couldn’t be more a Mini with Sasha and I couldn’t have tortured a salesperson more. He answered each and every concern promptly, cheerfully and good and never gave me the attitude or made me feel stupid. He’s an outstanding person at what he does. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Mini of Manhattan, especially with my salesman Sasha, who went out of his way to help coordinate my lease during one of the most difficult times in my life. I was looking for a new car because my lease was expiring the following week and I was scheduled to have shoulder surgery 2 days after that, then I was blindsided when father died in a car accident that same morning. Sasha was able to find me the car I wanted and they were able to get everything processed as I went through my dad’s funeral and my surgery so that I was able to pick up my car and return my lease in time AND this was what turned out to be the last week that businesses were open. Everyone was worried and none of us knew what was to come but they adapted quickly and were able to still give stellar customer service. The excellent customer service didn’t end there either, Sasha has since followed up with me to see how I was doing and if I was satisfied with my new Mini, needless to say I’m very happy with my new car and I’m getting through a very difficult time with a little less stress because of the teamwork of the exceptional staff at Mini of Manhattan.
