I have thought about trying a new car, but the service and product at MINI is impeccable. I can drive my car into the service area without an appointment and be greeted with a smile. Catherine, my salesperson, is always the best at getting me the most "bang for my buck" when I come in for a new vehicle. This is my FOURTH MINI, and I would never dream of going to another DEALER! ;) More
I brought a car in to have a fuse fixed and not only did they try to upsell me by $4.5k but when I refused and came by to pick up the car, it wouldn't start anymore. (The fuse for for the sunrook and rear wiper blade). They tried to tell me that it was because I had after-market upgrades on the car (all of which had been working fine when I brought the car in). Then they said they would diagnoze it if I left it for another day. At the end of the day, they told me they had reset the computer and the car was fixed now. When I came to pick it up, it wouldn't start AGAIN! They take no responsibility for their screw ups, attempt to shift the blame, and refused to even compensate me for the costs of alternate transportation for those two days. This is not my first horrible experience with them, but it is my last. I will be suing them and advise all others to NOT deal with this place. Their sales department is a big scam too. MUCH better prices and customer service at the Long Island dealerships. Better repairs too. Had to tow my car there (at my own expense). Don't shop here, and DON'T let them 'repair' your car if you want it to ever run again!!! More
